First born of eleven, raised in Appleton, MN. High School class of 1967. University of Minnesota B.S. in physics Education. Taught ninth grade physical science for ten years at Delano, MN. Lived in the woods for 20 yrs. Got married at age 30. Received a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from N.W.C.C. and practiced Chiropractic in Appleton, MN. for ten years. Also owned, rented, and sold about a dozen real estate parcels in Appleton. Moved to Como Park, Saint Paul, MN. 1996. Did hospice care for my father-in-law until he died. Volunteer at the Japanese Garden in Como Park. Also volunteer at Collector's Corner at the Science Museum of Minnesota. Sold antiques and collectables for about ten years. I am going on my fourth day trying to get the Cutline theme into my Wordpress dashboard. It continually says there is no style.css folder. I have been refreshing the Engadget page covering Steve Job’s live keynote. You have got to see this. Apple is partnering with Google, Yahoo, and Singular (A.T.&T.) to present the most killer thing I have ever seen. TECHNOLUST! And I don’t even want a mobile phone. Specs & pictures here.

For this post I uploaded the picture, selected full size insert with link to original. After I inserted it into the “write post” form I clicked on he insert photo icon and selected float left in the pop up box. I also clicked on the photo and resized it smaller (about 300×200px). I used the photo insert icon to input the URL of the previous post thumbnail image and selected align = right. I still need to figure how to enlarge the thumbnail. Resizing it by dragging a corner hook results in a blurred image. The image also needs some whitespace between it and the text (border?)

I used the upload tool, selected thumbnail with link, and dragged it into the “write post” box. Next, I want a larger thumbnail and for the text to wrap around the picture, and maybe have it on the right side.

Day three: I was disappointed to find only two themes loaded in my dashboard. Uploading themes sounded like a simple task. Just download a theme and “upload the theme folder into your wp-content/themes directory”. HOW? I need to find FTP software and learn how to use it. I found one in my BlueHost cpanel. When [...]
